TJ has entertained us more than any other artist, and entertain is truly the correct word. His unique blend of jazz, blues and country music is always a delight and he plays to packed houses everywhere he goes, including regular appearances at Ronnie Scott’s. This is one not to be missed.
Pianist and singer TJ has been delighting audiences across the UK and Europe for over 30 years with his varied repertoire from Count Basie to Willie Nelson.
TJ’s regular appearances at Ronnie Scott’s, both as a solo performer and with his band, give you an idea of just what a star the man is. His repertoire is truly eclectic, with his own arrangements of many jazz standards, music from the swing era and a bit of country thrown in for variety.
Since starting his career as a jazz singer in 1986, he has toured extensively both in the UK and overseas performing more than 300 shows a year.
